Your Order: Orders
are processed and shipped within one to two business days. Our business
days are Monday through Friday. Although it's rare, there may be times
of the year that order processing is delayed and can take longer than
two processing days. We do our best to get your order out to you as
quickly as possible so you can enjoy the products you've purchased.
Payment: Your credit
card is charged at the time you place your order. We're unable to add-on
any additional charges but can refund your card if necessary (such as if
you receive a partial
shipping refund).
Shipping: Your order
will be shipped to the shipping address entered when placing your order.
If you've made an error with your shipping address please contact us
immediately by phone and email. We have quick order processing and once
your order has shipped we cannot make any changes to the shipping
address. If you enter the wrong shipping address it is not our fault and
we are not responsible for the package once it left our facility. Orders
are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping
confirmation email that will provide you with your tracking number.
Sales Tax
- By law we are required to charge 5% sales tax to residents in the state
of Virginia.
Returns: Due to the nature of the items we
sell, and the amazing discounts we can offer, all items are considered
final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we stand by
our products 100%! If you're unhappy with your order for any reason
please contact us to see what we can do.
Modifying Your Order:
We process orders very quickly -
within one business day, sometimes even the same day the order was
placed. Because of our super fast order processing it's doubtful that
we'll be able to modify your order. If you do need to modify your order
please contact us by both phone and email immediately. If we've already shipped your order
we cannot make any modifications.

we cannot make any cancellations. We, of course, will cancel any
duplicate orders. We will also cancel any orders that have some sort of
issue (such as website pricing errors that gave
everything away for free, or some other amazingly too-good-to-be-true
issue).
Product Pricing & Website
Mistakes:
Prices are
subject to change without notice. We keep our prices as low as possible
because we find the best deals and pass them onto you. There may be
times when an items price may go up if we weren't able to get the same
deal we got before, but we almost always have the lowest price around!
We do not price match. Occasionally there may be a pricing or wording
error. We are not required to honor any error that may appear on our
website, and we will correct the error as soon as its brought to our
attention.
Chargebacks:
In the event you do a chargeback on your order through your credit card
company please be prepared for a long drawn out battle. We hate to be
rude, but we're an honest company and we do not charge any credit card
unless a customer has placed an order (and then we would charge them for
the order amount - nothing more). We even refund our customers when they
over pay in shipping costs (even amounts as low as $0.10). We'll have
documentation to prove we did everything on our end correctly, and it
will only end up costing you more money to do a chargeback that you'll
more than likely end up losing. Again, we are an honest company and we
are on our customers side always. But when it comes to charge backs we
will fight because we refuse to be accused of any dishonest practices.
