What You Need To Know...

Order, Payment & Shipping Info

I only ship to addresses within

Everything is first come, first
serve. I will NOT hold items
(hence the first
come, first serve policy).

You should be ready to pay
when you contact me.

If someone fails to pay for
their items
(they have 48
hours) their items will go back into the
blog sale or to who is next in line for those items.

Everything is sold As-Is and all sales are final!
There are no exchanges or returns. No exceptions!

Prices are firm, so please don't
waste your time trying to haggle prices.

If you have any questions you
should ask them before you commit to buy.

Even though I do my best to
present each product's color accurately, it will vary depending on your
computer monitor settings. If you're unsure about the color you can do a
search online or email me.

PayPal is the only method of
payment accepted. No exceptions!

PLACE AN ORDER:
To avoid any confusion, and to make the process
as smooth as possible, please follow this guideline when placing a blog sale
order.
1. Email me -

with the email subject line "Blog Sale"
- In your email please include a list of
the items you'd like to buy.
- Every item in my blog sale has an
assigned item number. You MUST include the item number so there is no
confusion as to which item you want to buy.
- It's easiest to just copy/paste the
first line of each item. Example:
#N001 - Deborah Lippmann nail lacquer - Supermodel - $10
- Also...
- Don't forget to include your name
(first & last),
full mailing address
(so I can
calculate shipping; you can also send just your zip code but I'll need
your full mailing address in order to ship your items anyway).
- * For all orders under $10 you are
required to send me the money using the PayPal gift option (which
- Example: First Name, Last Name - 123
Street, City, State, Zip Code
- If you want to add shipping insurance
onto your order please let me know when you initially contact me.
Shipping insurance is $1.75 per box. Please read "Shipping Info"
below for full details on shipping insurance and if you really need it.
2. I'll email you back.
- I will email you back ASAP to confirm
all the items you want are available and email you the next steps to
complete your order.
- Usually I'm able to email you back
within several hours, but it could take a full day (or slightly more) to
get back to you. I mean, I do sleep sometimes :)
- When I email you back you'll know which
items are available for sale and your order total, including shipping.
- You'll have 24 hours to email me back
and commit to buy those items. If you don't reply back within 24 hours
those items go back into the blog sale.
3. You email me back to commit to buy.
- After I confirm your order, you'll have
to email me back to confirm your order and commit to buy. This means
you'd like to proceed with purchasing your order.
- This is also your last chance to request
shipping insurance on your order or change anything. If you do, please
email me that back so I can adjust your order total before I email you
the finalized invoice.
4. I'll send the invoice; you pay for your
order.
- Once I receive your confirmation email I
will send an email invoice with instructions for you to pay using the
PayPal gift option.
- Please pay for your order ASAP, but you
have up to 48 hours to make your payment.
- Failure to pay on time will result in
order cancellation.
5. I'll ship your order!
- Once your payment clears I'll pack up
your order and print out a shipping label.
- When your shipping label is ready I'll
email you once more to provide you with your tracking number and let you
know when it will ship.
- Normally, I ship out all orders within 1
to 2 mail service days upon receiving payment; it may even be the same
day!
- Mail service days are Monday through
Saturday, minus any major holidays.
- It takes just 1 to 3 mail service days
for your order to arrive after I've shipped it out.
- Please be understanding if it takes me
more than 2 mail service days to ship out your order. I may have a lot
of orders to process or I may have other life obligations preventing me
from getting orders out as quickly as I normally do. I promise your
order will ship out as soon as possible!
PAYMENT INFO:
PayPal is the only payment method accepted.
Please do not waste your time asking if you can pay by check or any other
way. It's not going to happen.
To use the PayPal gift option:
- Log into your PayPal account (or sign-up
and create one; it's free to have an account with PayPal and easy to
use).
- Click on the "Send Money" tab at the
top.
- In the "To" box, enter my email:

- In the "Amount" box, enter the total
amount listed on your email invoice.
- Then under that box, click on "Personal"
(the default is set to "Purchase"). It will say "This money is being
sent as a:", you'll click on "Gift".
- Click "Continue" to review everything,
then send payment!
If you're local to me
(I'm in Front
Royal, VA), you can still pay through
PayPal and choose to pick-up your order locally in Front Royal, saving you
money on shipping. I can accept exact cash as a payment method if you're
picking up your order. Just let me know when you first contact me
that you'd like to pick-up your order locally.
SHIPPING INFO:
Once paid, your order will ship out within 1 to
2 days, sometimes even the same day. After I ship out your order it takes
just 1 to 3 mail service days to arrive at your door! I'm on the East Coast,
so it will take the full 3 days to reach the West Coast.
I only ship using USPS Priority Mail. Here's
why:
- It's quick, affordable, keeps your items
safer, and a tracking number will be provided.
- Priority mail shipping rates begin at
$5.10.
- Shipping price is dependant upon weight
of your order and your location in comparison to mine
(I'm
on the east coast in Virginia).
- I will use a Flat Rate Box if it will
save money on shipping costs.
- Flat Rate Box prices are: $5.20 for a
small, $10.95 for a medium, and $14.95 for a large.
- Shipping insurance is not
included but can be added for an additional $1.75 per box.
PLEASE NOTE: I hold
no responsibility for any order once it leaves my house. I do everything on
my end to package your order carefully so your order arrives in perfect
condition. However, postal workers can sometimes care less about your
package and damage is always possible. Note: Keep in mind if you
order includes an item that is already damaged in any way - from a slight
crack/chip to full-on broken, additional
damage is always possible during shipment and is not something you can claim
with shipping insurance, since it was a damaged item to begin with.
If you're worried about damage,
or losing your package, you're welcome to add on shipping insurance for an
additional $1.75.
With shipping insurance you would
be able to make a claim with your local post office to get your money back
for any damaged items or for your entire order
(if it
would never show up).
Without shipping insurance there is nothing that can be done about damaged
items or your entire order never showing up.
Packages, in my experience
(which includes 6+
years of shipping orders to over 1,000 customers),
have always shown up with no damage and there has never been a lost package.
I can't make the decision for you because the risk is not mine to take.
